All of the Uncaged wines are complex, dynamic, and intense. We wanted to craft a brilliant and flavorful Sauvignon Blanc in a bold style with excellent acidity balanced with ripe, tropical fruit character. This wine is true to the variety, with luscious fruit, juicy acidity and a hint of minerality coming from fruit grown in the moderate climate of our North Coast vineyards. Sauvignon Blanc expresses flavors indicative of the region in which the grapes were grown: Juicy tropical fruit flavors balanced by a nice acidity for exceptional balance, mouthfeel and a lingering finish, with delicate floral and bright citrus flavors.
