Bright pale straw color with metallic highlights. On the nose, very fresh notes of grapefruit and pears come through with a depth of minerals, resulting in a pleasant complexity. Good structure in the mouth with fleshy fruit sensations highlighted by a refreshing acidity that awakens the tastebuds. Good length with a trace of bitterness on the finish and long-lasting flavors.
