DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

We are happy you have decided to use The Wine and Liquor Outlet Inc. for your wine and spirit pick up purchases. We do not currently ship or deliver.

The Wine and Liquor Outlet Inc. makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not sold to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowleding that the person making a purchase of alcoholic beverages from The Wine and Liquor Outlet Inc. is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from The Wine and Liquor Outlet Inc. is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, The Wine and Liquor Outlet Inc. will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law. Proper identification verifying minimum age regulations are required at time of pickup.

Store Pickup
We're still open and accepting in-store/curbside pickup orders. Our current site is for purchases picked up by the customer at the store. We currently do not make online deliveries since we do not store customers credit card info. Due to high demand and reduced staffing, orders are taking more than one hour to complete at this time. We will communicate to you if there is any delay in preparing the order. When you pick your order up at the store, you will be asked to present your valid ID. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards.

If an ordered item is unavailable or out of stock, we will immediately contact you to determine how to proceed.
While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, The Wine and Liquor Outlet Inc. is not responsible if a listed product is out of stock or for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy
No Refunds: Because of the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made on this website, unless defective and exchanged immediatly within 7 days with receipt. Please select your purchases carefully. The Wine and Liquor Outlet Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction, so we are happy to address your concerns if there is a problem with your order.

Errors
The website may occasionally contain errors, including incorrect pricing, photos or descriptions, or display products that are no longer available. We reserve the right to decline and refund an order for any reason.
